Q4: My order is a gift. Can you include a gift receipt?
A: Absolutely! During checkout, you will have the option to specify that the order is a gift. We will then pack the order without any pricing information and include a gift receipt.

Q5: Why are my items shipping in separate packages?
A: To ensure the fastest delivery possible, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped from different warehouse locations or in separate packages due to product availability. You will not be charged extra shipping for this, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
